CBBB is the network hub for BBBs in the US and Canada.  Like  BBBs, CBBB is dedicated to fostering honest and responsive relationships between businesses and consumers, instilling consumer confidence and contributing to a trustworthy marketplace for all.

CBBB, a non profit organization, has a mutually-supportive relationship with:

Corporate Partners - approximately 200 organizations that are leaders in their industries and share in a commitment to corporate responsibility and the ideals of the BBB.

Local BBBs - 124  independent across North America that serve accredited BBB businesses and consumers in their local communities.

CBBB is one of the nation's recognized leaders in developing and administering self-regulation programs for the business community, and, with respect to the advertising industry, does that in conjunction with the National Advertising Review Council, a joint venture with the Association of National Advertisers, the American Assocation of Advertising Agences, the American Advertising Federation, the Direct Marketing Association, the Electronic Retailing Assocation and the Interactive Advertising Bureau.

As new challenges to marketplace trust surface, CBBB and its national initiatives and ongoing programs are more relevant than ever before.
