
Ms. Watkins was appointed the VP of Executive Administration for the Office of the President in October 2005. In addition, she is the chief aide and liaison to the CBBB Board of Directors on matters not directly handled by the President.
Ms. Watkins joined the Council of Better Business Bureaus in 1984 working as the Operations Coordinator for the Dispute Resolution Division.
Ms. Watkins taught school in Detroit, Michigan and became an elementary school principal. Prior to joining the CBBB staff, she was a cable TV producer in Madison, Wisconsin for the City of Madison.
Ms. Watkins is a graduate of Mercy College of Detroit and received her M.Ed. from Marygrove College, also in Detroit. She did post graduate work at the University of Wisconsin/Madison.
