Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus is governed by a thirteen-member Board of Directors, which comprises six BBB Member representatives, three National Member representatives, two Committee of Managers representatives, a representative of the Council of Better Business Bureaus (traditionally the CEO) and the President of CCBBB, who is an ex officio non-voting member and the board's secretary. The board has a chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary and meets monthly, except during the summer. Board members serve three year terms and are elected in rotation to insure continuity.
