            The machines managed by avws in my apartment building have been broken for months. The company has made no attempt to fix it regardless of how many times i try to communicate with the landlord or the company. 3/4 machines are not working correctly but the company fails to point that out and keeps collecting from unsuspecting consumers.

            This company refused to refund the credits left on their preloaded (by me) laundry credit card unilaterally discontinued by them.

            Hello and thank you for the information. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please respond with your property address and amount that was left on your card. Normally, when we switch systems, the property helps inform the Residents to use all of the funds up on their cards. We apologize if this wasn't done at your property. We will make this right once we have your additional information. Thank you.
