In my case he processed legal documents for us for a ***** He failed to process our *** application properly and it took 5 months instead of 3 weeks. He put the wrong email address on the form causing us to miss our interview which caused us to become illegal. We had to leave. He collected over $4,000 from us. He also posts in big bold letters on his ***************** that he is a BBB accredited member with an A plus rating. Why we did business with him. He needs to be turned into the state bar!

This is Mr Fougth second attempt to maliciously and wrongly discredit EcuaAssist. His first try was via PayPal which that dispute was resolved to our behalf

According to Mr Foguth statement we didn’t perform the immigration service to him I have to duly deny all his comments because:

    1. Mr Foguth received his visa ( immigration documents )
    2. Mr Foguth deliberately provided the wrong email as he states , I am attaching the record where he accepts his email was hacked.

All claims from Mr Foguth are false, and now he seeking to discredit our firm to get an economical compensation. Mr Foguth publicly has accepted he received the service he hired from us, but also he has recommended us to numerous people via social media
