            We paid the deposit through Route 66 Moving Company and we’re told we would get a call this past week to reconfirm everything we are having shipped to Texas. We received no calls. We were also told we would receive a call Friday to confirm if the movers would be here Saturday or Sunday to pack our items in the truck. We received no calls. My partner has reached out to the rep on multiple occasions and called the company multiple times and was continually told they would call him back. They would not. He finally was told when he called for the nth time that the movers will NOT be picking our items up. He reached out once again to the rep he originally spoke with and was told he would call us at 6am today to let us know what is going on. No call. We must be out of our apartment by Tuesday and now we have no one getting our items. We are stuck, and already paid towards this move. This is not ok. I also reached out by email and phone to the company and have received no responses.

            Their service is the worst I have ever seen they told us they were going to move our home for one cost and an ended up by the time they got out here the 2nd time because the 1st time they didn't like the way things looked it was 3 times as much money as they said I was in ******* at the time my wife was here in ******** and we're communicating by phones with the guys that were there to pick up the freight they said they had to talk to their boss and I was talking to their boss on the other line and they were gonna call me back nobody ever did the drivers said they can't wait they'll come back tomorrow if need be That was 2 weeks ago I haven't heard from him since they will not answer their phones at all
