BBB contacted The Powerboard to address complaint history concerns regarding product and customer service issues. The Powerboard responded and informed BBB of a voluntary recall for specific models which consumers may take advantage of. Due to the voluntary recall, The Powerboard informed BBB of an influx of customer service inquires which encouraged the business to provide consumers with scheduled times to speak with customer service representatives. In addition, The Powerboard has also taken priority to customers who have filed a complaint.  BBB continues to review complaints received to ensure the business addresses issues of this nature appropriately.
