Rod Davis is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Programs for the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Mr. Davis has developed dispute resolution programs working with companies in the automotive industry, the Federal Trade Commission and attorneys general. Coordinating the programs of the BBB system, BBB programs help consumers and businesses build marketplace trust through resolution of indiviudal disputes, establishing enhanced communication networks and the development of best practices.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Virginia (U.Va.), is a trained mediator and represented the CBBB at the Federal Trade Commission negotiated rulemaking session to develop rules for dispute resolution programs. Mr. Davis has also served as a member of the board for the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence and is the past chair and a current board member of the University of Virginia’s Alumni Organization, the Serpentine Society.
