I have been a student with College of the Open Bible for several years and am enrolled in their PhD program. I had paid an additional fee of about $400.00 to have my past academic submissions reviewed to see if I qualified to receive my Doctorate in advance while still completing the required coursework. I was approved, and continued my studies, but told Dr. Arthur B******* that I wanted to wait before requesting my Doctorate. Just recently, I decided to proceed with this and reached out to the college to inform them that I wanted to do this. I left a phone message, and never received a return call. I eventually was able to reach Dr. B******* on Monday, February 26. He informed me he was in the middle of a personal matter and asked if I could call back on Thursday, February 29, to which I agreed. I attempted to call the college on the specified date and got a recorded message. I decided to hang up. Since that time, I have attempted to contact the school via phone on several occasions, leaving two voice mails and one Email I sent on March 12. It really would be nice to receive some sort of communication back. I have had excellent communication up to this point, and am concerned that the money - and time I have spent in this endeavor has been in vain. I would like to see this issue resolved by receiving my Doctorate.
