    I paid $7,576.08 to Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Anderson, SC, to resolve drainage issues on my property on 10/14/21. The issues were NOT resolved, water pooling on my grounds two weeks later. I contacted the business, sent photos and left messages for them to come back and repair or refund the work. After four months, the business owner finally contacted me, stopped by my house, and said: "I'm not responsible", and left. This is why I am contacting your organization now.

    This was the worst, most unprofessional company we have ever used for any kind of home repair in our entire time of being a homeowner. The staff are unprofessional, cursing in my home loud enough for my elementary school age children to hear, leaving my bathroom a mess, charging for items that are not disclosed to the customer, as well as tacking on services that were not needed to accrue an extra charge. When we try to have the field manager contact us, it takes almost a week and 3 attempts to get an appointment set up, after we were told the guy would call us the next day (which he did not). The tech, Jon, was lazy, vulgar, not prepared, and yet the field manager “Bob” did nothing about it. We voiced our concerns and he only took the side of his tech who wasn’t present and did not have a single care about our concerns. The only thing this field manager, “Bob” was going to do was knock $100 off an additional service that he was going to charge us for. We paid over $900 for a service to fix our problem that was backing up 3 days later, leaking sewage down our driveway was an additional $300 fix. Ultimately my husband rented the equipment for $90 and fixed the problem himself. These people, especially Bob, are only out for themselves. Anybody that pays them for a service is just throwing their money away. If I could give a rating of negative stars they would certainly deserve it. There is not a low enough rating that would suffice for this horrible company, management and staff.
