Problems with Product/Service

Complaint: Last year in April *** ******* installed a device under our kitchen sink to keep hot water circulating without wait. After a week of using it I informed him it was not working. He said he would get a new one. Then didn't hear from him for quite a while and I finally reached him and he said he got one and he would come the next week. Didn't hear from him. Kept calling and calling and calling and reached him over the summer and he said he had gotten really busy, etc, etc and would come out and replace when things slowed down. I said that I understood but didn't want it to drag out much longer. So, I though I would hear from him in a week or so. But, then I didn't and began calling again and again and again along with text messages too. I reached him in the fall and he said he would still come out and apologized but then never heard back. I continue to call and leave messages on 2 different lines and send text messages. I am now fully fed up after trying to be patient with a guy who was at the time nice, professional and did good work (2nd time I had used him). I know this replacement is small compared to whatever he has going on now, but this is approaching a year! Good grief.
Desired Settlement: I want the defective part replaced and some kind of remedy for having to wait so long - like additional devices on the other sinks (3-4 locations) in the house where hot water is delayed. Something extra that makes me say he at least "made it good and went beyond to make it right in our eyes."
