Complaint: I continue to get billed for September service that i did not receive. I canceled the service do to billing issues and wolf sent someone out in September to spray. My husband stopped the guy, told him we no longer wanted the service and that it was supposed to have been canceled. the guy left with out spraying. Wolf continues to bill me even after 3 phone calls to try and resolve the matter
Desired Settlement: I wold like to see my bill fixed and for them not to turn it in on my credit as this is not my fault.

Complaint: Wolf Pest control knocked on the house and explained that there was a black widow infestation in the neighborhood. After confirming that there was in fact spiders in the yard area, we tried to get our exterminators to come immediately but they were not available. so we decided to let Wolf Pest control fix the issue. when it was time to pay, they used an ipad with a "square" type reader. after a month they called saying that they were coming again. We though it was a one time deal, and when we said that it was not necessary they said that they had a contract and if we wanted to cancel they would charge $150.- cancelation fee. we did not sign any contract with them. they sent the contract showing our electronic signature. The contract that we received electronically the day they knocked on the door has NO signature from us, but the one they sent the day we tried to cancel suddenly has a signature similar to my wife's but is missing a letter (it is not the same as the signed invoiced) and shows up on a new blank page.
Desired Settlement: cancelation of the made up agreement without cancelation fee with no collection and no reporting to credit reporting companies
Business Response: Wolf Pest Control did have representatives in the area of *** ********* home. When Wolf signs up customers we want it to be as easy and hassle free as possible. We have recently converted to electronic signatures, in effort to go green. Wolf does not have "Square" readers in any city that we service and all card information is put in manually. *** ******* was contacted by Wolf Pest Control staff to resolve the issue. *** ******* paid the $150 cancellation fee.

Complaint: I originally called Wolf Pest Control due to an issue with german cockroaches that I had accidentally brought into my home with a freezer from a friend. I was very clear from the first phone call on that my main focus was to get rid of the roaches. When the person came to treat it was clear that this person was a sales representative and did not know much about pest control. I being my curious self watched his every move, and of course asked questions. When I asked him what he was doing he said the spray was a repellent like the ones you get at **** ***** only stronger, when I asked about the safety of the product for my dogs (and myself) I was I told that the chemicals used were completely safe for my three dogs to "lick up off the ground if they wanted to". He stated that the chemicals he was using had growth inhibitors as well. When it seemed he was done I asked if this would take care of the roaches or if he needed to put bait out and he stated that what he did should help no bait was needed. After looking online at the chemicals used I found he was dead wrong about almost every statement he made that day, the chemicals used are indeed toxic to pets, they do not have a growth inhibitor function and would merely keep the roaches in my walls not treat and kill them. I called another person to come and treat and now have dead roaches within the first 24 hours! So now with my pets put in unnecessary danger from being in the yard and house when he treated and still plenty of roaches I called them up to complain, they said they could cancel my contract but would not refund any of my initial service fee which I do not find fully appropriate, I called for services involving roaches and did not get them.
Desired Settlement: Return of full payment for initial service.
