***** ***** **** ***********, and **** ******** are top notch. Dipple as a whole on the room addition side is still a work in progress. Don't always maximize time and scheduling. You can tell they still green.

Can't say enough good things about Dipple Plumbing. The decision we made to change our relationship from a company who couldn't accomplish basic plumbing and electrical work to Dipple Plumbing has been extraordinary. But the greatest test of quality has come with their representative, Craig Gainey. This guy knows plumbing, he is detail minded, talks the customer through the various stages of his investigation and repair, and his work is "one and done". Call Dipple, ask for Craig.

Adam and Casey arrive on time and were very pleasant, nice and efficient. They explained every aspect of the repair that was needed and gave me a quote prior to the work being done. I highly recommend Dipple and will use them again.

We had Craig come to our home and serviced our 2 units! He was very pleasant, courteous! We are very pleased with Dipple! We recommend them highly! He used booties before coming into our home, which, we liked! Excellent service

I have a discrepancy on the total amount quoted and ultimate paperwork showing a different amount. Dipple claims difference was an "internal adjustment" (which I was not supposed to receive evidence of) showing a lesser amount ($789.70 difference). I just want to know the truth. I live on Social Security only and am 74 years old. Any assistance in this matter is appreciated.

Have used Dipple multiple times. Rates are competitive and they get right to the job (this last time they were able to come the next day after I placed the call). Whoever comes in the house puts on booties to avoid getting the floor dirty, and they clean up after work is done. I have had very good experiences - highly recommend!

Two days ago my heater stopped working so at around 9:30 that morning I called Dipple to get it repaired since they were the ones who installed that heater. I was told they would have someone out here between 3 and 5 that afternoon. About 4:30 I called to check on what was happening and was told I had been put off until 7. They did not call to inform me of this change and I was not happy about it. A repair person arrived sometime after 6 that evening and said he made repairs but basically all he did was pump out the water collecting in the tray beneath the heating unit. The system worked for a day but the next morning, it was out again. I called Dipple again and the telephone number I used the day before had a message that said this number has been temporarily disconnected so I called another number of theirs. I was told this time that they would put me down for tomorrow morning but would try to get someone out that day. I replied that was not acceptable and the girl I was talking to said "goodbye sir" so I called someone else who had someone out to replace the non-functioning pump within the hour.

Found Dipple via BBB. Adam and Hunter arrived early. Very professional and pleasant. Answered my questions and gave me options on my hot water heater. I'll use them henceforth. I need HVAC tune-up. Great job!
