On June 25, 2021 I had an appointment for 3:00 pm. I arrived early for my appointment and signed in. I noticed that the waiting area was jam packed (23 people waiting at that time). I waited and waited. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I went to the window to ask what the delay was. They were back there having a gab fest and I had to wait to be noticed standing there. After asking what the delay was, I was met with a snotty and condescending attitude from the woman behind the desk. She couldn't give me any kind of estimate of how much longer the wait would be. There were still people waiting that were there when I got there. Her only response was that they got tied up in a surgery. Did every person there get tied up in that same surgery? After not getting any satisfactory answers out of her I chose to leave and not wait any longer. Unfortunately for me, I have paid in full for a complete set of dentures and they have my money, so I'm stuck dealing with them. I wish that I could get my money back and I would go elsewhere. All I can say is that they have absolutely horrible customer service skills and they desperately need to review how they book appointments because they are over booking and expect people to wait for hours to be seen. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will never do business with them again once my current situation is rectified.

I will call you to schedule a visit and make sure that you do not have to wait when you come back. We value you as a patient and apologize sincerely if we came across rude or uncaring. We have been in Spartanburg for 42 years and will do everything we can to take care of you.
