I bring my 2013 ******** *** up here whenever I need serviced, repaired, etc.. and I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else! Their communication is great and the work Joe and his crew does is even better. You can tell they care about your car just as much as you do. (If not more.) I have been a customer of L-Japan since I moved to the Greenville,SC area in 2011 and would NEVER go anywhere else with my 2008 Subaru. I have gotten everything done there for my car including a full cylinder head gasket change. Joe is honest and his prices are competitive. L-Japan provides professional and quality service for your vehicle. They replaced my lower ball joints on my 2004 Lexus GS430. For quality parts and service, it is not cheap. That is expected anywhere you go. Personally they are reasonably priced for such high quality work they provide. I also had an alignment done too. They have some of the best equipment I’ve seen compared to other local shops. They specialize is JDM vehicles but can provide service for a wide range of vehicles. 5 star service, 5 star staff, 5 star equipment, 5 star happy customer. My vehicle drives straight and smooth. Joe services mine and my son's Infinitis, my wife's Honda, and my son's and daughter's Subarus—five cars total—for around ten years now! Joe has always been fair and honest. He does great work and is more knowledgable about my Japanese vehicles than any automotive service department I've visited. It's hard to find an honest person in the automotive business, but Joe has proven himself over and over again. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else.L-Japan Auto Service, Inc. Response

Not a great experience. I was quoted for the service I needed, the work was completed and i paid the quoted value. A day later I receive an invoice for a part that was not included on the initial quote upcharged by 100%. The shop owner proceeded to send me invoice after invoice after I made it clear that I was not going to pay the extra money, I paid what I was quoted.L-Japan Auto Service, Inc. Response

***** ****, 2017 ****** ********, Miles: ******. "First time customer," Came in to our shop with challenger multiple noises... The quoted listed one wheel bearing, both side low control arms, But only charged one left hand side control arm, Second invoice for right hand side control arm, In one decade, We have had almost thousand customers sent quoted and missed charged few times, but most our customers all paid, BUT ***** **** NOT PAY and left a negative feedback that is not fair....
