Had a diagnostics done on my car Kaitlyn first told me antifreeze and head dumped on my belt and it was contaminated. I was gonna have to replace it last I heard of that I paid $512 for a spark plugs and diagnostics which is way over priced. I was referred there by ************ ****. I spoke with Kelly. She seemed nice at first I left a review. They have it where nobody can see it. They won’t stand behind their work. I’ve had to have my car towed five times using my roadside assistance. I cannot drive it and cannot get them to talk to me or with me or help me. It’s like I don’t exist and I was never a customer. I have a 24 month warranty on the diagnostics they took my money and ran I need to be gone over and fixed our they need to refund my money it still doesn’t forgive that I have missed doctors appointment that I desperately needed to get to I explain to them I’m stage six kidney failure with heart problems and need to be able to depend on the car. They won’t even call me there better business bureau license should be removed. This is ridiculous but Kaitlyn couldn’t tell her 2017 ***** ******* between a 2003. I never had a problem with my tie in rods until I took it to Anderson Transmission Center and KC Automotive theTransmission Shop saying in kc is to blame either way, both places aren’t on my car and it’s worse off now than it was to begin with someone tried to steal my radio don’t know what shop it was that rip my window guard off my radio wiggles around so it messes with the security causing the battery to constantly die. The running lights sometimes will cut off by themselves. Sometimes they want all this is electrical and that’s what they were. to take care of
