      I purchased a 2023 **** ******* from Toyota of Greenville on September 18, 2023. I traded a 2017 ******** *** *** with less than 90,000 miles ( In excellent condition)miles and gave them $47,538 as well . I asked for ****** *******, with light interior and either black blue or red exterior. I got a gray exterior black interior non-****** model. Four weeks later it had a complete electrical malfunction and was not drivable took them three days of troubleshooting to admit they not sure what the issue was, they even asked me if lightning struck the car. They claimed that the battery was throwing out too much power, and they could clear out the error messages, and it should “work again”, GM Michael O ***** assured me I could order another vehicle but it would take 50 days to come with the features I want it and then I could pay a $1200 difference. When the new vehicle got there, they brought me paperwork for an additional $4500. GM had the audacity to call me the next day and asked me what was the discrepancy I have currently tried to negotiate for my vehicle and filed a complaint with Toyota and contacted my attorney. These people are dishonest and I do not recommend anyone doing business with them without getting every sin*** thing in writing. I have been waiting two days for a car that they are trying to get more money than it is worth . There’s nothing, I hate more than a dishonest company that pretends to be honest! The worst part is I purchased the ******** from their sister Company next-door, so they do not appreciate repeat business as well!

      I took my took my car in because my turbo had went bad in my car and had to be replaced,they called back an told me they had to change oil to due to the turbo had some chips that had gotten in my oil,then they said my battery was bad,along with my warranty my 100 dollar deductible i paid 474.dollars then i got home,i notice that my arm on my rear view wind shield wiper was broken,i called back up there to ask about it he said we did't go in the trunk,which was a lie because when the tow truck driver loaded my car the car seat was in the trunk,but when i picked my car up it was in the back seat that's how i no,i called back up there he told me to talk to the tow truck driver i did and he said he didnt go in the trunk you was there i said yes i was,i gave the guy a call back told him again he then said well i dont no if you need me call me back i will help you,so then he said hold on ,he left me on hold so long the phone hung upthe next day i called him back left him a message on his voice mail he never call me back so 2 weeks later my check engine light came on said low oil pressure,so i call up there they had me come up there ,when i got there they checked out my car then the guy said oh we forgot to reset the code so after that was done i told him about my arm on my rear view wiper and he said well that piece he will order it and that it would take a day so made me a appointment to come back .so 2 days later i went back at 10:30 a.m by 10:54 another guy said come get your paper work,so i get there the guy said $42.00 i said for what my car got damage last month when it was being repaired i call the guy that wat over my car ,he never returnd my call i paid out $ 474.00 with my warrany and a $100.00 deb.and my car seat was in the trunk when you all got my car and it was in the backseat when i picked my car up that is how i knew they went in my trunk .so then the guy behind him said give her key ,i 'll deal with it later,some way to treat the handicap,widower,senior
