T&L Tree and Landscape came out last Thursday 10-14-2021 to remove a tree for my neighbor. I was inside my house during this time. My boys came down to tell me the neighbors were cutting down a tree. I looked out my window to see portions of this tree in my lawn. I was slightly irritated as to why they were piling branches in my lawn. I went out to see what was going on and one of the crew members whom was likely the owner came over real quick to distract me and talked to me about Halloween. After 5 minutes or so she walked away and they went back to their truck. I was looking over my lawn and found multiple hand fulls of small twigs 1"-4", some bigger all over my lawn. While I was looking at that these twigs the company got in their vehicles and drove away. Later on I checked my cameras to find out this company came on my property with a rope and pulled down at least a major portion of this tree about 25' onto my property. I was never informed or asked for permission to drop this tree on my property. The tree stump is about 5' from my property line, it is not a shared tree! I called the company the next day in which I asked if this was normal practice. My question was ignored and I was basically told I should be thankful the tree is down and couldn't fall on my property because I would be liable for damages. I believe their was plenty of room on my neighbors property to drop this tree without needing to do it on my property. This company while they may be great to their paying customers. They are clearly inconsiderate to the paying customers neighbors and property that does not belong to them!
