              The service and construction department are unprofessional and irresponsible. We have had issues with leaks in our raised spa and tiles falling off of our inground pool since it was installed in 2014. Every summer we open the pool and spa to find tiles falling off in the deep end and a slow leak on the outside of our spa. Typically service/construction does not get around to looking at the issue until late summer/early fall. This year has been particularly absurd. I have been promised that someone would be out to look at it for the last two months, yet no one shows up. The spa leak is getting worse, more tiles have fallen down and it looks terrible. It is almost embarrassing to have guests over. I continue to get the runaround when I call to get someone's attention. This is a terribly run business and I would not recommend anyone use them for pool installation or service.
