I contracted this moving company to move my belongings from Upstate NY to Virginia. My first complaint is with the owner, Dave C*****, and his employee, Tim S**** who oversaw the move. They both were very unprofessional, rude, and condescending to me. I have examples of this behavior. The packing company they work with and highly recommended I went with to pack my belongings. Dave said Ellen, the owner of the packing company "ladies" were great. Trust worthing and did a great job. Well, they did not. I have several examples to back this up. Here's a list of more reasons I am filing this complaint. 1) Multiple damaged items. 2) Multiple broken items. 3) Missing items. Many sentimental and irreplaceable. Please see attached pictures for just a few examples. Last but not least pretty much from the start communication was poor on the moving company's part. It didn't improve at all during the process of packing and the actual move itself. At one point Mr. S****, overseeing the job, was yelling at me. In front of other company employees. It was very embarrassing and disrespectful. I'm pretty sure there is at least one employee who witnessed this who would confirm Mr. S****'s behavior. Next, when I saw how they unloaded my belongings in Virginia I was shocked. In boxes that were labeled fragile, and top load was stacked on the bottom. Heavy boxes crushing them. Please see attached pictures for examples. I immediately contacted Mr. S****. At first he was quite pleasant about the situation. My cable cords to my TVs were missing. He said he would send me replacements. He never did. As the unpacking went on more damaged, broken, and missing items were discovered. I sent Mr. S**** pictures of the items and a list. I didn't want more time to pass before a resolution was reached. They started not responding to my communication so I gave them a date to respond, 7/8/22 with a plan before I took steps to resolve the situation. They did not. I hope is that you can help me.
