              I am attempting to have JKS Home Improvement fix the leaking roof I received after having them install a new roof. The contract called for step flashing to be installed. They decided to install glued on wrap around flashing. This leaked from the very beginning. I called them, tney came, sprayed with a hose and declared that it was a bad chimney cap. This has been repaired and the leak continues. I have contacted them multiple times and have received no response except lies on the initial calls. I currently have a 2 foot by 6 foot hole in my closet ceiling through that leaks water and allows large amounts of heated to escape. After your recommendations I will contact the district attorneys office for possible fraud.

              Very competitive price, outstanding materials, outstanding labor. Could not be happier with the decision to use JKS. - Asphalt shingle roof replacement tear off to completion in half a day; workers meticulous about cleaning up, including scouring the yard for a half hour with a magnet for stray nails. - vinyl siding replacement, new shutters, gutters, soffit - tear off to completion in just over 4 working days. Kept me involved through the entire process and answered every question I had. Will definitely call them again with future projects.
