              I am so upset .. I was called yesterday to be told I owed a balance . This was the first I heard of it . Then to be called today and told that I have had a running balance . Each time I checked out of appointments I was told I owed nothing . I ALWAYS PAY MY BILLS ! I had to cancel a cleaning appointments due to a family emergency and was called back and told I am being discharged from the practice . Seriously !! This is awful . You should be ashamed of yourself .

              I would give a zero rating if possible. I had a healthy tooth crowned (a small line in the tooth, not a crack), and due to Dr. B telling me that crowns were his specialty, I got the crown and proceeded to go through **** for the next 5 months! Went back several times (due to intense pain) and he kept telling me there was nothing wrong and sent me home. Last September I woke up and my face was swollen. Since the office is not open on weekends, with no emergency contact on answering machine, I went to another dentist. My tooth root was infected and I ended up getting it extracted. The dentist told me it was because of an improper fitted crown. I was devastated. After threatening them to go to the peer review board, they only reimbursed me for the crown. One month later I received a letter from them telling me I can no longer go to their office for care. Really! Why would I ever go back. Unbelievable the level or arrogance. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars for an implant.
