PDL Recovery Group has all consumer contact monitored for quality assurance to ensure the FDCPA regulations are being followed correctly by the account representatives.
PDL Recovery Group strongly works with account representatives to ensure third-party contacts are to only be used to obtain location information for the consumer. Third party contacts are references provided by the consumer on their loan application.
