Consumers have advised the Better Business Bureau that this business sends out invoices asking for payment on a bill for a publication that they are claiming the consumers business agreed to over the phone. Some consumers are advising that they never agreed to any such publication over the phone and have asked International Credit Recovery to to stop calling their place of business. The consumer then advises that the business continues to call and advises consumers that they had agreed to these services with their partner company Progressive Business Publications. Again consumers have advised that they never agreed to any such publications through Progressive Business Publications. When consumers ask for proof from the business of this agreement their requests are either ignored or they are played a edited voice recording that in some cases is not recognizable to the consumer. The BBB recommends that in addition to filing with the BBB that consumers also file with the New York Attorney General's Office at: 518-474-7124 or go to www.ag.ny.gov as well as the Federal Trade Commission at: 877-382-4357 or go to www.ftc.gov
