I looked at a ***** ***** line Spoke to Mr.W*** after my decision to purchase My first question was does Miller Auto team share my information I explained that * where I bought my last car shared my information and the people they shared with and ******** would not stop calling me and would not stop sending me junk mail and that I did not need someone to fix my car, that I was very able Also I did not need any thing more than FM radio that I did not spend much time in a car I was told Miller Auto did not share information .I ordered a vehicle when it came in MR.w*** took me to their finance department the Lady there was asked about ***** finance I was told they would not share my information as they had the best rates on a loan i chose to go with them.When Mr, w*** produced paper work I asked if I filled out the privacy correctly he said yes and again told me Miller did not share information .Shortly after this ***** sent me information telling me they did share my information and they do market to people they finance I contacted ***** to limit them from sharing my information I also contacted Mr.w*** he said he would check and get back to me, when I did not here from him I stopped at miller auto team talked to Mr. w*** He said the form was OK and again said Miller did not share information He knew I was looking for a vehicle for my wife and said Miller auto had what I wanted I put a deposit on it and went and got my wife she finished the paper work (she did not get a privacy notice in her paper work this is required if they intend to share information). days later we both received junk mail from ******** I called ******** I was informed they were notified by Miller again Mr w*** was called He blamed NY.DMV then ***** I told him I that the paper work had from ****** serial numbers from both vehicles June's was not financed then he said it was Miller Auto teams policy he would check and get back to me the next day he never replied.
