In September of 2022 I took my car into IN Collision to be checked in order to determine where a leakage was coming from.  IN Collision check my automobile and I was at that time advised by Travis the customer representative of IN Collision that my automobile needed a Thermostat.  IN Collision installed the thermostat for which I was charged $735.  The next day after picking up my automobile from IN Collision after the thermostat had been installed my automobile was still leaking I called In Collision to advise them that I was experiencing the same problem for which I had originally brought my automobile in for.I was told by customer service at IN Collusion to bring my automobile back in, at which time they checked my automobile again and advised me that the leak was only residue fluid from the installation of the thermostat, so I took the car back drove it that day and I parked it my garage, the very next morning I again found fluid leaking on my garage floor.  At that point I called Travis back told him what the situation was regarding the continued leaking, Travis said my car was old and it would take time to figure out the problem.  I took exception to that statement since new cars normally don't need repair, and IN Collision is a auto repair shop.  Travis at that point rudely hung up on me.  Feeling then that I was being scammed and that the leak had never been the thermostat so I took it upon myself to get a second opinion and took it to another Auto repair shop where my automobile was checked VISUALLY and immediately the service representative advised me the leaking was coming from the Water Pump.  My automobile was repaired by this Auto repair shop and I have not experienced any more leakage.
