              On March 5th 2024 I bought a washer & dryer from them on the 6th I went to do laundry and the dryer didn't work I called they came the next to repair, same day I went to continue do laundry and the washer didn't work, I called took off work again they never showed up to repair I called after waiting 2 hrs and was told they could come the next day I ask for a refund because It's been 7 days I haven't completed 1 load yet and I can't keep taking off work, again I requested a refund and was told they don't do refunds which is not stated on their website nor in store only on your receipt after purchase.
