Due to this review I am very skeptical about using this moving company, even though I initiated a call to them. I would think that they would want to work with these people to resolve their complaint. Some of this on both sides must be fact. Work together on this and get it resolved. You are scaring off your customers.

If I could leave a zero instead of one star, I would. My wife and I have known the people at this company for many years. We contracted to have them move us and temporarily store our furniture. The move was not as agreed to and we had to hire others, a truck and rent storage units. The bill was for many more hours than they worked. Trying to get an adjustment was useless. When we set the date for the delivery of our furniture, all was well until the roof of Clinton Moving crashed on to our storage crates. The company was totally unconcerned about our furniture or the delivery of it. We contacted our attorney and our insurance company to help us get our furniture. Because of that Clinton Moving refuses to deliver our furniture - in fact they moved it from Clinton which is 5 miles from our new home - to Hamilton, NY 40 miles away. They claim we will not pay, which is untrue. Their concern is that they will have to pay for the damages to our furniture. We saw the roof, we understood why it crashed (not even winter) It was very poorly constructed and should have been reenforced before accepting storage.
