Just got my order from supercasual's yesterday who is wrong. call but there is no phone assistance and they say something like" the brick and mortar store is closed " when you call why do they list a telephone number at all? Got an email back from Steve saying it is what it is don't understand that.......

Mr. ** ** ******** emailed us regarding his order on 1/5/2022 and stated we shipped him the wrong items. The same day, we reviewed and verified that we correctly shipped him the multiple items listed on his order. He thinks he ordered a specific item, ******** *********/ Navy, but this style had been sold out and discontinued since November of 2021 and we never stocked the color he insists he purchased. When you search the item on our website, it states "Sorry, this item is sold out" and it doesn't allow for purchase.  https://www.************.com/********/******************.cfm. We passed this information along to him but he continues to disagree. At the time of his purchase he received an order confirmation that shows the items he purchased and again when the payment was processed. He never reached out to us saying these were the wrong items. It's our belief he couldn't find the item he originally wanted and selected two different styles He was told he could return any item, if he wasn't satisfied, for a refund and we attached a link to our Return Policy. Due to COVID, we had to decrease staff and closed our store front in 2020 but continued with our online sales. All inquires are processed via email and we do contact customers by phone at their request.
