            I purchased a new 2015 ***** ******* and was sold the rust warranty for 399$ at the time of purchase. Both front sides of my vehicle are rusting out and when I sent warranty info and pictures to them they replied that I waited too long to report. I did not notice any rusting until early this spring when after going through the car wash and wiping it down. Regardless isn't that the reason to buy the product, to cover against the rust? After reading the reviews I see they always seem to have an excuse not to cover the warranty . I take good care of my vehicle, keep it in my garage and it only has 60,000 miles. Should not be rusting out already.

            I am very displeased with the (AUTO SAVER SYSTEM) and the the way that business backs their product! When I Bought my 2014 **** **** Truck (6/11/2017) from the dealership (******* ******** ****** in Horseheads NY) I purchased the Auto Saver to help prevent/and protect against rust. The contract states -( It will protect against surface rust up to 4 years on a used vehicle.) I was washing my truck during April of this year (2021), and noticed a 3 inch rust spot developing on the trucks left rear fender (near the mud flap area). After further washing, the piece fell off! I took pictures of the spot and filed a claim with the company... The Company responded that they DENIED my claim because the extent of rust was more than just surface rust. The contract doe`s not state what condition the rust must be in to file a claim! I feel that I was deceived in my purchase of this product.

            Please except this in response to complaint ID ******   Regarding Mr. ****’s complaint to the BBB, our company, The Auto Saver System Inc. is the manufacturer of the product that was purchased by the complainant. The limited warranty for corrosion protection is supported and administered by a company other than the manufacturer. The warranty administrator for corrosion protection warranty coverage is listed as Warranty Administrator on the reverse side of the warranty agreement possessed by Mr. ****. Our Company respectfully request that this complaint be dismissed due to we hold no limited warranty liability under the complainant’s warranty agreement. Thank you in advance, Robert K*******
