            I hired this Company To remove the window on North side of My house, Tape and Weatherize The window opening and and replace the same window, this was not done because the workman Said it was not necessary. He proceed to replace a 12" piece of 2 by 4 wood,He then put plywood, house wrap and replace the siding that he removed, He proceeded to caulk the seam and partially caulk around the window. I would like to be charged a fair price for the work that was done. He was also hired to remove and replace Bad siding which was done.

            Salesman exaggerated the need for extensive labor needed to repair our gutter. He quoted $700 repair and had me sign a contract. The actual repair man brought a piece of 1x2 and shoved two screws into the gutter and was done in 15 minutes. Even though the actual repair was quick and easy the company charged the entire $700. Lesson learned

            Ms. ******** called the office and voiced her concerns. Our General Manger tried to explain to her that the proposal was based on the job, which was Removal of gutters, replace shingle mold (4/4 X 2" X 16') and re-set gutters. The proposal price was $715.50, which she agreed on, and signed the contract to proceed. When Ms. ******** called, she was not complaining about workmanship, it was only the price. Our GM offered to have the roofing specialist come out and take a look and make sure everything was done satisfactorily, and at that point, if a discount needed to be given, he could make that determination. However, Ms. ******** did not hear that part, as she had already hung up on him.
            Note: Had the crew ran into other unforeseen issues, which can happen, would Ms. ******** have wanted us to come back after the fact and try to charge her more money? No. This is why we do the proposals/contracts, so the customer knows the exact penny they are going to owe when the job is complete.
            Our company is fully licensed and insured, and we have an A+ rating with the BBB because we take care of our customers. Our crews are highly trained, and safety is paramount.
