Worst Experience EVER! I ordered $6092.80 dollars worth of pipe, including fast delivery within like a week vs 2 to 3 weeks and paid for it via ACH and was supposed to get a call to set up shipping the next business day (this was two Mondays ago) and instead got an email saying they were going to call me when it was ready. I waited about a week and finally emailed them this week to ask about it and got an out of office not the moment I emailed but the next morning after I emailed them like they were feigning out of office. A few days later, I finally get a call that they just didn't have the pipe they sold me and they thought they had it but did not. Fair enough. Things happen. Now, I asked for my money back and while they were offering me my money back, I am not satisfied with how as I was told it might be 2 to 3 weeks for a check to come back to me??? Their person that handles ACH was apparently out of the office today and they did not seem eager to send me a check. Not sure it is on the way any time soon. I have zero confidence I will get my money back or that they were not just getting a loan from someone willing to pay in advance. I am not used to handing out loans to businesses for nothing but a huge headache and delays on my personal projects that are costing me money. NOT satisfied until they send me my money ACH like I sent it to them and any interest they have earned in the meantime. They have held it long enough.
