We had this company as our lawn service at our old house & even had them do landscaping & the sprinkler system at our new house, big mistake. We feel like we were overcharged for what we received. The yards at both houses didn't look like they were growing, weren't green, or weren't being fertilized. Our new sod lawn was dying. Complaints to the office were ignored. We requested they quit scalping both yards. Again complaints were ignored. Every billing invoice were incorrect & e-mails were received stating that we owed money when we didn't. Each time the office had to be called to correct the problem, sometimes more than once. It took 5 phone calls before our rain sensor was finally installed. They tried to charge me $75 for redirecting my new sprinkler system which they did incorrectly upon installation. The landscaping they installed supposedly had a warranty. However, most losses was blamed on the winter & what they promised to replace was never replaced even after repeated phone calls. When fired, charges after the 5/20/14 firing were disputed in the amount of $105. Supposedly this was for work done before the firing on 5/15/14. On the date of service 5/15/14, workers weren't at our new house. We know because we were home all day. Since then, my husband fertilized both yards himself, & they immediately greened up & started growing. Fertilizer wasn't being applied in the correct amounts by Complete Lawn Care. Calls to the office weren't returned by the owner until at least 5 phone calls were made. Even then, the only reason he called back was because I didn't leave a message. He never addressed the fact that plants lost weren't replaced. He stated that both yards were being fertilized. I again stated that someone was cheating his customers, either himself or his workers. Date of service 5/15/14 he states his men were at both houses. I again told him that was impossible as we were home. I have finally given up talking to this company. I am doing the only thing I feel like I can do: write a review so no one else will use them. Use as your own risk & know that you won't get what you pay for. Also, they require you to pay by credit card so you can't dispute charges.
