            I had a new HVAC system involved last August. Everything went wonderfully. Beginning in late January, as I started to look at my 2023 taxes I realized my HVAC purchase was entitled to tax credits. My original invoice had all hvac products lumped together, but I am not allowed to claim the furnace expense. I have contacted them numerous times to ask for an itemized bill so I can claim the correct amount and they refuse to tell me or return my calls. These credits are significant and this is information that they should provide to their customers.

            I hired Air Assurance when I needed an overhaul of a heating/ air system at a townhouse we bought. I hired them after a great testimonial from someone else. Here are some things that impressed me: how professional they were- in everything from talking to staff on the phone, to knowing their business, to getting the job done in a timely manner and cleaning up after! They explained everything, give you options, work with rebate programs to save money etc. I have now used them to replace a water heater and repair a broken air conditioner ( I thought they would push me to a new unit but they fixed the one I had !) it is difficult to find people to come out quickly to do work on your house - I have never had that issue with Air Assurance. Super job!!!
