I hired Rain Flow to install approximately 140 feet of new gutter on my house. After having several delays on the install due to personnel issues they finally sent one man over who threw the gutter up in about 2.5 hrs. Needless to say after it rained every new piece of gutter installed leaked between the gutter and the facia board. After the gutter was installed, I had dirt and grass seed brought in around my foundation that was just washed away from the gutters leaking. I spoke to the salesman and sales lady multiple times in which they assured me it would be fixed and only needed drip edge. They told me they would install the drip edge for $100 so I purchased it to make a long story short they work better with their mouth than their hands. Finally yesterday they sent their top man over to look at the job and his conclusion was my siding and shingles are not installed correctly. My house was built in 2020 everything is installed correctly. I have previous gutter on the front of the house that does not leak and has the same shingles and no drip edge. I have had two other contractors over here to look at the job and was told the install is not right. I would like a refund of $554.95 for damages and repairs or they can remove the gutter they installed and refund the $1231.50.
