On July 7, 2014 BBB staff made a follow up call to Mr. McAllister and asked if he could provide any information BBB could give to help anyone that may have had work done by the company and have warranty issues arise. BBB also asked if Mr. McAllister would be upholding any warranties. Mr. McAllister replied that there could be a few jobs left that still had a one year warranty and that he would uphold those if the customer gave him a phone call. After being asked by BBB Staff about responding to any BBB complaints and providing an in-writing statement concerning possible warranty issues and out of business for BBB files, Mr. McAllister agreed to do so. BBB has not received an in-writing statement or a written response to complaint(s). All mail sent to the company has been returned as "unable to forward".
