Supposed to do these 3 things and did not do any of them. Add 2nd step to porch, add curve to sidewalk and driveway, widen driveway to 23 feet. This is bad enough but the finished job is no good. It has holes, pits, swirl marks, it's uneven, multiple different textures, joints are missed match and more. They made changes without informing us. They treated the whole project like they own the place and they decide what they want done without informing us. It looks terrible. Do not use them or you will regret it. As you look at the photos the dark looking stripes is caused by using different tools to texture. This is what causing permanent grey stripes and the whole driveway and porch is this way. Almost looks like they took a broom and randomly brushed it here and there creating gouges into the wet cement. Also the top part of the drive way is 9 inches too short and the bottom is 2 inches. So obviously its crooked. Other issues, Cemented drip hose into the porch, even after I pulled it out 3 feet. Cracks everywhere Raised sidewalk several inches and did not put dirt under the forms so when they poured the cement it came out underneath everywhere. Made no attempt to pickup cement they left in the grass. We had to do it and it was a full large wheel barrow full. Hardly no one spoke English only a few but barely.
