    I have two mortgages with this company. I provided a good phone number at the time the loans were opened. On 02/02/23, I called in and spoke with Eric regarding retrieving loan documents. My phone was dead, so I called from my in-law’s phone. During our conversation, he asked me if the phone number I was calling from needed to be added to my account. I advised him no. He verified my correct phone number but took it upon himself to add the phone number I called from to my account. The bank has contacted this number regarding my account delinquent several times and left a voicemail. . Last week, my estranged in-laws called to inform me that they would be taking legal action against the bank and me if they were called again. I called and spoke to Larry. He stated that the number had been removed, but the primary number wasn’t returned to the account. So, when my account became delinquent, the automatic dialer pulled that phone number in. I asked him why that number would still be available for the dialer to pull in when it was supposed to be removed. He didn’t have an answer. I requested to speak with a Mgr. He advised me that one would call me. No one has called. I called and spoke with Hannah. She verified both numbers were still on the account. I verified my info and asked to speak with a Mgr. She wondered what it was regarding. I informed her that there was an issue with the phone number. She told me there was no need for a Manager and that she could help me. I asked for a Mgr. 5 times and was denied by Hannah. She admitted that she was refusing to allow me to speak with a Manager because it was an issue she could fix. I called again and got Larissa. She was beyond rude and condescending, too. I asked her for a mgr., and she refused me and said I couldn’t speak with one. I asked for the corporate phone number, and she advised me to Google it.
