    Date of interaction March 1st, 2024. I had called Nelson Mazda on February 29th, 2024 inquiring about a VIN#*****************, 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera with ****** miles. I had requested more information about the car and condition. Nelson Mazda Dealership with their salesman named ***************** has sent me videos of the car driving and outside condition which seemed to be in "good" condition. I then asked if it would be alright for them to send the car to a local certified Pre-Purchase Inspector at ************* and they agreed. On March 1st, 2024, they had sent the car at 11 AM in the morning. When I received news about the inspection regarding any issues with the vehicle the inspector had notified the manager who was responsible for picking up the vehicle that the car had a leaking issue. I then called the dealership to see if they knew about the issue. The dealership had said they knew about the issues and was not going to disclose that vital information unless I had given all my financial information. Upon checking their listing, their website and on AutoTrader, they didn't disclose this problematic issue. ****** did not want to lower the price nor be willing to fix the issue even if I had agreed on the price. The issue is the dealership not disclosing known faults of the car that can be catastrophic and still allowing me to get a Prepurchase inspection that costed me $349.66 out of my own pocket. I spent the whole day trying to get in contact with a sales manager or sales representative to solve this issue but they brushed me off and kept saying they are with a customer up until near closing time. I also spent the whole day going back and fourth to see if we can come to a deal or not and I still have no answer from the dealership on how we can make this deal and solve this issue. When I asked if purchasing a warranty would fix it they said it was wear and tear but how can there be wear and tear when manufacturing are saying gaskets replacement at ******* miles.
