              I must say this experience has been terrible. Keystone Chevrolet of ************ something needs to be done I took my car on January *****th when he told me he had to keep my car I asked if they could give me a loaner, they stated toe that they don't do loaners anymore because of COVID, I took my vehicle to them because it kept saying no engine power when I got my car back the light was off the very next day it was back on and leaking oil. It's been over a week and every day I'm paying for a rental when in fact they do give loaner cars and he says to me "It's in the bay" they haven't even diagnosed it yet and then states when we took it in it was making a noise "which my car wasn't making a noise when they received it" then he goes on to state it'll be diagnosed but your probably not going to like what I have to say. I need help I'm out of over a $1000 in just rental car fees.

              We have since contacted the customer. Repaired the seal on the transmission, refunded her oil change and gave her a new battery for her key fob. She seemed satisfied? We have attempted to contact her again but have yet to make contact her. We will continue calling her until we've contacted her and make sure she is completely happy!
