January 2018, I had what I was told was a 30 year roof installed, it didn't even last 5 years. In June 2022, I had a lot of singles blow off. West Coast Roofing told me it was an act of God and severe wind, so it wasn't covered by their warranty. There wasn't that much wind and my house was the ONLY house in the area that lost singles. I couldn't find any other house anywhere around that had roof damage. My neighbor across the street had a new roof put on by another company, and she hasn't had any problems. Again, on 02/22/2023, which put it about one month out of warranty, I lost singles. AGAIN, mine was the only house in the area to have roof damage. When I called West Coast Roofing, I left a message with the woman who answered the phone. They still haven't called me back. There hasn't been any storm in this area that should have caused this damage. If you look at the roof, it doesn't look good. Looks much older than 5 years. I've lived here for almost 31 years, until I had this roof installed, I had no problems with roof damage. The installation in my opinion was substandard. I would like an independent evaluation of my roof and have replacement or repair as needed.
