We got an estimate on 11-30-23 in NW valley & booked the job for ************ bdrm for Dec.15. Project mgr was told our bdrm set was being delivered on Dec 20 & we needed work done BY the 20th. On the 14th, we got call; they can't make it. We are told to call project mgr. Project mgr was called & reminded of our furniture delivery. We're told he'll take care of it. Nothing was done so with a bad neck, I painted our trim in master bdrm. So now we needed a NEW estimate for the den only. After 2 weeks & being told "you are SO patient, let me treat you right, I'll work up new #'s".. On Jan 2 project mgr sends SAME estimate for both rooms (again). So we asked to talk to a higher supervisor. Jan 5, new guy comes offering to do den for 650. even though den is much smaller than the other room. So from $877. for 2 rooms to $650. for the smaller den. We ask what happened to "we'll treat you right after waiting so long?" He said flatly "this is the price": So we ask well, what if we add in the smaller 2nd bdrm. He offers that for the same price as before with a much larger master bdrm $877. I said, so all the hassle, and we pay more for less? He says "I don't want to lose money on the job." I said (nicely) "well how about losing customers though?" So he says (with attitude)"is that a threat?" (kinda scary!) I calmly said "not at all.. it's just a fact. Thanks for coming." to which I led them toward the door. No further words spoken by ******* said nothing more & walked out. (after 5 weeks waiting. This young man stunned us senior citizens right there.) So our review is "they over promise .. & WAY under deliver & then take a nasty attitude if you ask for what is fair and don't want to settle for less." Important note: The same day, we got another estimate for $350. for den.. $300. less than AZ Painting *** gave & coming 4 days later. On YELP there are many 1 and 2 star reviews for AZ Painting *** Someone said tell BBB. No spite here, just letting folk know.
