            I've dealt with the office staff in numerous occasions and have never had good experience. Every person that I've talked to about this agrees that these people are just rude (no exception & not exaggerating). I sold a mobile home (unit) to a new owner who has been making payments and lived in the unit for a few years. Before he moved in, we both were compliant with the park rules and he applied to be on the lease; nevertheless, since my name was still on the title, I couldn't get my name off the lease then. The unit is fully paid and title is under new owner, I spoke (phone) to gentleman there to get my name off, Apparently he was having a bad day, he was rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to tell him what I needed. When I asked him to let me speak, he hang up on me. I have called the place 7 times to set up an apmnt (COVID protocol) and left voicemails to get this done and have not gotten a response. I work with people and know how to treat others, all I want is to get of

            Went in to this park to remove a manufactured home was attached by their security officer whom seem to be a proffessional mobile home mover went out of his way to tell our crew we did not know what we were doing even had the ***** to act like he was a police officer driving around in his smashed-up car with a shirt stating he is security cutting of the pilot truck and then pulled a full fledge stop on the totter pulling the home out of park after confronting this Wack job he got some more gang back up out of the park to act like vigilantes with *****'s chasing people on foot in their car and on top of it all threatening a senior citizen with harm while on their property police was called on the security team not sure what happen next but this park need tore down new housing built nothing but a slum drug center

            Good morning, This is a false statement. ***** you were not on our property so giving a false statement is not appreciated. Security asked your driver to follow rules when moving a home out but your driver refused even littering on our property which we have proof of. Your driver attacked our employee. We have multiple witnesses and pictures. We have filled a police report and will follow through with making sure our community stays safe from your company.
