If I could give a zero star I would. Two weekends ago I went out there, yes I probably had a little too much to drink. Security told me they were kicking me out because I was told twice to get off my phone no one ever ever told me I was kicked out for two weeks. Im a regular player, most floor and dealers know who I am. I came to play tonight bought in $1600, floor man knew my name and asked if I had a players card (clearly knew who I was as much dealers and floor do) hour later after losing and rebuying. My ****** comes and asks me to leave and tells me about this two week ban I didnt know about AFTER I lost and the floor man that cleared my buy in knows who I am. I asked *************** if I can talk to him about it since hes a manager and he just kept saying Ill get a letter. I left peacefully. I called *************** to talk to him About it after I left and he hung up on me terrible customer service. *** spent a lot of money there and take care of the dealers tremendously. *************** being a manager has the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I was not a criminal, but I was treated like a disgrace. I was extremely embarrassed and disrespected and the fact they even let me buy in and lose first when they clearly know who I am is terrible! Tells me the character of the people running the place. *************** said Ill be kicked out anytime I go now and I did nothing and left peacefully. Maybe people shouldnt be overserved alcohol there.
