            Sought out a Porsche Dealer to order a 2022 Macan without a surcharge over MSRP. Was told by salesperson ****** ***** in mid-October the dealership did not charge over MSRP. Placed order on October 12. Customer service manager, ******** ****, contacted me via phone to take $1,000 deposit over the phone via my credit card. On November 10, ****** emailed me purchase order for approval. Added to the vehicle pricing was nitrogen fill and tinted windows adding hundreds of dollars over the agreed MSRP price. When I pointed out our verbal conversations did not include any such items, I was told they were "mandatory" for purchase. On November 11 I emailed ****** to cancel the order and process a $1,000 credit to my card. He responded it would take 3-5 days. On November 15, no credit received I emailed again and was given the same message. I emailed again on November 19. No response. On November 20 I emailed ******** ****. No response. Still no credit as of this writing on November 22.

            I gave a **** dollar deposit to them, waited a year for my special order 2020 Carrera S to arrive.When it arrived they blew up the transmission on a test drive before I took delivery.I was minutes behind the technician when he pulled it into the shop with a cabin full of tire smoke, hot rear tire rubber and a check engine light on because they blew up the transmission doing burnouts and neutral drops. BTW I am a *************** engine and transmission tech retired after many decades!! It took forever and I had to beg them to get my deposit back. Only after Porsche regional got involved did I get my deposit refunded! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.IN MY OPINION THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONEST DEALERSHIP I"VE EVER SEEN! BEWARE!! My hope is this saves a potential buyer from dealing with them! In my opinion these are very dishonest people and very bad for the industry!
