Verbally used by owner, ******* ******* while trying to clarify correspondence.
Received letter from this HOA regarding weeds on 8/15/14. Called HOA at 3pm, to inquire of letter and to request copy of rules and regulations for HOA in order to abide by such rules. Spoke c ***** Clarified name again. She also asked me my email address and I said I wanted them to sent to me. She said she didn't have my address. How can they not have my address when they sent me a letter to state I was not in compliance? I provided her with my address. She didn't commit to sending the requested rules. Half and hour later at 3:30pm, ******* ******* called and said I was verbally abusive to **** when I requested information. She identified herself as the owner. She said we would never get the rules and bylaws and we should have them from when we signed them initially when we built our house. This would have been 11 yrs ago in 2003. She did not want to listen to any of this. When I again asked for the rules, she stated to someone in the background, "he's an idiot." I then ceased the call and hung up.

Desired Settlement
This is not appropriate for a HOA to verbally abuse me by calling me an idiot. I would like a written apology and a written copy of a current bylaws and regulations of the HOA. No other current such regulations have been sent out since the initial ones in 2003.

caller would not give me his address. we only give an access code account numbers to property owners. he was rude to my employee ***** I could heard him yelling from across the table. I took the phone asked him to speak to us in a normal volume and tone he called me an idiot. at theat point I asked him not to call the office anymore and only communicate by mail.

The business owner must have received a lot of complaints from other homeowners that day, as this response and the incident she describes did not occur in relation to our interaction by phone. All of what she has stated is false. She called me back after my first communication to her employee. It was two separate interactions. Obviously, the owner is not conducting the business in a professional manner, and has not addressed the main issue at hand. I have still not received the current rules and bylaws of the HOA, As I stated in my initial complaint, I requested these and also sent emails requesting them. No response. I explained to the owner and her employee, that mine are 11 years old. She didn't seem to care about this. Once again, I am requesting a current copy of the HOA bylaws. As a member of the association, I have a right to these. Simple enough to solve this issue.

Final Business Response
We don't mail out copies of the documents, another company does. Any homeowner may view the documents on the web site at anytime at no cost. All homeowners have access.
The customer would not accept our answer and became very verbally abusive with the employee, so much so that he was called back and asked to only communicate in writing with us. He wants us to send him a printed copy and we don't provide that service.

Obviously the business owner chooses to contradict herself in her replies and conduct her business in an unethical and less then professional manner. It is apparent because with every response she contradicts her previous replies. This is the first it has ever been mentioned about a "document company" or website. Why was this never mentioned or offered until now? What is the name and the contact information for that company? Why am I to pay for this service when I pay homeowner fees every quarter? I don't know any business or company that would say I am violation of some rule and then not provide the rules, I am in violation of. What kind of business practice is this? If I am to receive a letter stating I am not abiding rules, what rules are those? Obviously the owner's company has the rules, in order to say I am in violation. Why is it so hard to obtain those? I will pursue other avenues to remedy this situation and ensure that other homeowners in the association are aware of the unethical practices of the company and how they present themselves in their business practices. I do not accept their reply and the falseness of it. I will no longer waste my time responding to their excuses and misrepresentation of the truth.
