Refund and Exchange Policy
CONCERNING OUR REFUND POLICY- Acceptance of service contract. Our client (the author/writer) accepts the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and understands that this agreement FOR PUBLICATION is a binding contract between that client and ASA Publishing Company, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and/or understandings with respect to our website, brochure, advertisements, and services. This service fee for our rendered services is non-refundable "after" 30 days from the beginning of each new contract applied, including renewal, upgrade, termination, or ending fulfillment of service.
If there is a monthly payment installment- Each monthly installment is accounted as if it had already been a part of that 30 days; automatically considered a part of the service fee, and is not refundable, during and post payment completion. If an author (client) defaults in any way, shape, or form, that produces late or no payment(s), or causes a suspension or termination, that client is still responsible for the remaining balance of the entire service fee.
CONCERNING OUR EXCHANGE POLICY- As a client (author/writer), our publishing house handles any indifferences with the bookstores, printing houses, and distributors. This is not the responsibility of the client. However, if the client manufactures or purchases books outside of the publishing house, ASA Publishing Company "is not" responsible for refund or exchange of any product or merchandise, only what has been directly purchased through our publishing house by the client, and then shall the client have amble time to return any damaged merchandise in accordance with the State of Michigan, United States of America, Uniform Commercial Code 440.2606, as Acceptance of Goods, our client is entitled to report any missing or damage merchandise within a 48 hour period by email upon the receiving date of the delivery, and the unit(s) within that bulk shall be returned for a replacement. Note: An author book purchase order form and such alike are generally filled out with a consumer policy imprinted or attached prior to any purchase/trade transaction made.
