            VITO'S serves old brown salads and uncooked pizza and then the management tells you rudely they do not want you as a customer because THEY cannot do their job - it is very unprofessional and this business needs to be shut down immediately as VITO'S IS A HEALTH HAZARD. RAW UNDERCOOKED FOOD MAKES PEOPLE ILL - BAD SERVICE JUST MAKES IT WORSE. DO NOT SUPPORT VITO'S THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE GOOD PIZZA, SALADS. THE LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMMED. BE ADVISED THE MANAGERS ALL THINK THEY OWN THE LOCATION AND ACT IN THE MOST RIDICULOUS WAY WHEN A CUSTOMER HAS AN ISSUE AS THEY SAY THIS IS WHAT THEIR OWNERS HAVE ADVISED THEM TO SAY. THIS IS TRUE AT LEAST 3 LOCATIONS WE ARE AWARE OF PERSONALLY. TONIGHT THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY ORDER AND TOLD MY HUSBAND WE COULD NOT GET A REFUND THAT WE ALWAYS COMPLAIN AND TO SCREW OFF. THEY DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS - THIS IS NOT RIGHT. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.
