Complaint
Failure of The Pharmacy Counter to reimburse my
entitled refund.
On 4/9/2012 I paid $234.42 cash for a ORTHW0600BLK/ EQUALIZER *************
I had to pay cash because the sales people at the Pharmacy Counter said ******** and my secondary insurance wouldn't pay for this item. They then told me that if by chance ******** or my secondary insurance did reimburse the Pharmacy Counter, the Pharmacy Counter would reimburse me.

On 04/27/2012 a payment was made to the Pharmacy Counter by ******** and my secondary insurance(*********************************). According to ********, ********************, and the Pharmacy Counter I am due a refund of $219.74 from the Pharmacy Counter. As of 08/04/2012 I have not received a refund. I have called the Pharmacy Counter many times and have been told that it is their fault and they will fix it
soon and the check will be in the mail. I still haven't received it. After four months I am still waiting to be reimbursed.

Complaint
The Pharmacy Counter refused to make a claim to my insurance company regarding a **** machine I rented. ************** my insurance company will cover the rental of the **** 100%. I have talked to PC on the phone and they do not keep proper records. Instead The Pharmacy Counter is trying to sue me for various amounts of money ($475.12, $237.56)and then they turned it over to various collection agencies to collect. They also put it on my credit report which I may have to retain an attorney and sue them if they do not go through the proper channels to be paid as I am being harassed for their error.

Desired Settlement
The Pharmacy counter needs to submit a claim to **************. If their error causes me any financial hardship because my credit has been damaged I will have my attorney contact them as in ******** car insurance rates are affected by credit scores. I am also requesting when they finish going through the proper channels to be paid that they quit harassing me and notify the credit bureaus of their error on my reports.
