Virus re-infections within 30 days depends on computer usage, and we reserve the right not to honor a warranty if we have reason to expect that you caused the re-infection. Refund on hardware has a 15% restocking fee. Orders that require shipping will not be refunded shipping if we have to ship the item back to the distributor. Hardware is warrantied the the furthest extent the manufacturer will allow.
